Here at Sinnington Manor we have been breeding coloured warm-bloods since 1989. Our first stallion was Phillip Pembroke, a Graded part bred Hannovarian. He and his progeny between them have won virtually every major prize in the coloured showing world (such as Calypso bay, Miss Moneypenny, Minehaha, Springs poppy etc). Also in competition they are proving themselves adept at many disciplines, including patch adams, who did well at Bramham in 2004.
After we lost Phillip, we wanted a stallion that was as least as good, if not better, in breeding and conformation. Our journey took us to Holland and Germany, and Icons Image was all we had hoped we would find.
Our stud is small and family-run. Icon's image lives with our mares and foals; visiting mares are served in hand and kept in well-maintained grass paddocks. For terms of keep and stud fees please send for a current stud card.
Charles Wilson is a full time Horsemanship instructor, and if you would like more information on this aspect of the horse world go to sinningtonmanor.co.uk.
We keep a small group of coloured mares to breed from, and we do occasionally have our own young-stock to sell - please get in touch with us to see what is available.
